Terms and Conditions on Ticket Sales


Tickets are electronic and will be confirmed via email and checked on the door where you will be presented with your convention pass.


This is a 200 capacity venue. Sometimes we do offer tickets on the door on the day of the event however this is not always possible and can cause delays. Therefore to avoid  disappointment please purchase your ticket on this website.  Tickets will be available here until 10pm on the day prior to event to avoid disappointment.


It is the responsibility of the individual attending the event to ensure the safety and security of their own possessions. The event organisers will provide attendees with guidelines on appropriate behaviour around the use and treatment of other attendees equipment and their own behaviour whist at the event. However it is ultimately the individual that is responsible for their own actions and any one deemed to be under their care. If you break or damage something while at the event you are solely responsible.

Attendees room bookings are direct with the hotel therefore whilst the organisers may be able to assist they are not responsible for arranging or rectifying issues arising out of room reservations.


This is a non profit event therefore tickets are priced to cover costs only and therefore refunds are at the event organisers discretion and will only be made in exceptional circumstances.

If you wish to cancel an order, we will require at least 48 hours notice.

Refunds will be subject to a handling charge to cover bank costs.

In the case of event cancellation, refunds will be automatically issued.
